What's on your menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
OK, so apparently I've glazed over this conversation, but this caught my eye! So I did a quick google, found out this is virtually caffeine free, and I'm almost giddy with excitement!
I'm ordering some too!!!
Can't wait to try it!!!

Good Morning! So I ended up having to get a loaner car from the dealership yesterday as it was a transmission fluid leak and the transmission tech already had to other cars he was working on. We are hoping maybe tomorrow afternoon I will get mine back. I appreciate how well my dealership takes care of me though. The loaner is my cars twin -except the 2017 version so it's not a big deal.
I hope your work stress gets a little better. January is rough for us so it always goes by fast since it's so busy. The one pitfall of the month ending is that we have had casual all month and then next Wednesday we will resume regular dress code. BOO!
QOTD: I steer clear of pre-surgery favorites. I was a total sweets girl (cakes/donuts/cookies/candy). I have baked things post-surgery using alternate flours and sugars but that's been it. I am scared to find out of I dump, and since I also have RH I have to be careful too. Even for something like chocolate, I have only had things like 2-3 dark chocolate covered almonds. And, for those that know the devil of Girl Scout cookies....it's almost that time of year where they will be everywhere.
Time since surgery: 2 years, 5 months
B: SF latte, eggbeaters, 1/2 an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Jalapeno and Monterey jack cheese chicken sausage, baby carrots and string cheese
S: SF latte, strawberry/banana Yoplait Greek 100 yogurt, and jerky pack
D: Jalapeno and Monterey jack cheese chicken sausage, baby carrots and a decaf SF latte with fairlife later in the evening
E: 7 miles this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
Totals: Cals:1111 Protein:116 Carbs:86 Fat:32
Have a great one!
I've already ordered GS cookies... online, through a friend's daughter... and I clicked the button to have them delivered to the Soldiers! Winner winner!
(I'm not deluging myself into thinking that the cookies won't be everywhere, but as long as I don't bring home the plain old Tres Foils, I'm able to refrain! Those are my favorites, and I used to eat 1 sleeve as 1 serving... that's how it's supposed to be, right?!)

Hello Everyone!
QOTD: Right now, being only four months out, I wouldn't try it. I've been very strict with myself throughout all the holidays etc. I've made a promise with myself that I refuse to break. I really want to take advantage of this miracle time I'm given to get this weight off so I just won't. I passed up incredible things over the holidays so I'm feeling really strong right now. My concern is after this time has passed and I need to deal with this stuff. Honestly, I'm afraid to take a bite, I don't trust myself to stop. I will have to work on that as I go through the process but it is a huge concern of mine when I'm a year or so out.

You are so wise to take advantage of this time -- it's truly magical if we let it be. It's never as easy as it is in the first year after surgery ever again -- you're a wise one grasshopper!!

Good morning all
I'm not a huge sweet eater. Pizza is one of my favorites. I have not eaten a bite of pizza since early September. I think I would have to totally pass on taking a bite or two because I am afraid a bite would turn into a whole pizza.
Today's menu is the same as yesterday's.
Breakfast - Turkey stick, string cheese, Greek yogurt
Lunch - romaine lettuce salad w/ 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 bell pepper, diced red onion, 5 oz shrimp.
Snack - celery sticks and 2 laughing cow cheese wedges
Dinner- 4.5 oz Turkey, riced cauliflower and broccoli
Snack - Turkey sticks, string cheese

Morning gang. Feeling terrible still but drug myself to work because I have a big meeting day. Uhg. Dayquil is on board and not helping. I hope this goes away soon. Tired of feeling sick.
QOTD: If it is a salty crunchy thing I will likely have some. If it is sweet I still avoid that easily. Sweet stuff still makes me sick though it looks tasty.
Menu: Have been too sick to make my fresh yogurt but the Guy bought me some store made yogurts thankfully. B: Chobani Simply 100, L: Light & Fit Greek with grapes; D: Not sure; S: Salami with mozzarella (might swap that out and make that lunch...brought it all in case meetings run late).
Accountability: Still holding pretty much despite being home all day munching yesterday. 123.4. Little up but within the typical fluctuation I have day to day.
Hope you all are feeling healthy and having a killer day.
