QOTD: I don't dump. Sometimes I wish I did to help keep me from temptations. I would definitely have a small piece of whatever it was that was my favorite thing, especially if it was cheesecake. I would log the calories in MyFitnessPal and adjust the rest of my eating accordingly to make up for it.
B: Grits with melted cheese
L: Lettuce, spinach, h.b. eggs, bacon, cheese, low cal dressing
D: Chili
S: Light n Fit Greek yogurt
S: Roast beef roll-ups with cream cheese
E: Walk with the dog or exercise bike

Cheese grits....yummmmmmmy!!!! I think I'll try to make some cheese grits for next week. Of course, I'll only have a tablespoon of these, but man....I love me some yummy cheese grits!!!

QOTD: Not sure. I haven't really been in the situation yet and am afraid of having an ummm.... unpleasant experience in public, so would probably avoid for now. I'm like you in that sweets are my weakness. We're taking our DS & DD-in-law out for their anniversary on Saturday and the restaurant they have chosen is known for their desserts. DD-in-law is a sweets fan like me so if she orders their chocolate peanut butter cake with Reese's cups in the icing I may break down and have a bite. I won't order myself and DH isn't a sweet-eater, but if she orders I may risk feeling bad in front of "the kids" for a taste of that deliciousness.
B: Decaf coffee w/scoop of GNC vanilla cream protein

S: 2 pickled eggs (yumm - DH surprised me with these at his trip to the butcher shop on Tues.)

I do the same thing at a restaurant - I won't order a dessert for myself, but if DH has a wonderful one I will have a bite. That way I don't feel deprived, but I don't have a ton of calories.

Morning DD2 and friends! I had a good day yesterday. I met my new therapist and I really, really liked her. I really feel like she understands my head. I was very honest and frank with her about everything, but there is SO MUCH that I couldn't actually touch on "everything". I'm seeing her again next week. I can't wait.
My food was just okay, but I really need to get a perspective on what I'm doing foodwise.
DD2QOTD: at this point in time, I'd eat whatever was put in front of me. I'd likely agonize about it, then I'd eat some, then I'd feel guilty and shameful and beat myself up emotionally and feel like an utter failure and like complete **** for eating it. Yep, that is EXACTLY what I'd do. It's so not healthy for me right now.

L: We are having our yearly kickoff meeting today. My big boss is in and they are ordering pizza and salad. I'm going to try to stick with salad, but I may have a slice of pizza. I also brought some ham in my lunch bag, so if the salad doesn't have meat, I'll put the ham on it.
D: No plans. Hubby was out of town again yesterday and I was running around like a maniac this morning trying to get us ready. I didn't pull anything out. I'll text my oldest son and ask him to pull out some meat and I WILL cook it tonight.
S: Light and fit greek and a Chobani Simply 100 crunch yogurt
I don't have totals because I don't have a complete menu today. I'm tired and I really, really need a break.

The news about your therapist makes me so happy Deanna. I know she can help you work through this. Just know you aren't alone as we all have our own demons and struggles. That's why OH is so great. Lots of people with big issues who truly understand each other. So thankful for every last one of you!

First of all--those cupcakes are calling to me. Good LORD. I would definitely eat 1/2 of one, right now. Which I KNOW I shouldn't--I'm not to goal yet. But I'm just saying--I know me.
Also--today is my LAST FULL DAY at work here! YES! I am packing up my office, browsing the internet and being generally lazy. We have having a luncheon later on put on by my staff. It's a good day!
My plan is incomplete today bec I know they were having this luncheon, not sure what food is in there. I will eat protein forward though.
B- homemade egg soufflé with 1 egg, mozz, irish tea w/fairlife milk
