L-Turkey with mashed Potato's and a little cucumber with Greek yogurt
S-Cheese stick
D-Salmon and cucumber salad
S- Homemade smoothie with almond milk with added protein, spinach, blueberrys, flax and chia seeds

busy busy day! Four kids had dentist check ups today. No cavities, which I'm pretty sure qualifies me for some kind of trophy? I love our dentist, she really laid back and handles my autistic child perfectly. Dental visits were quite the nightmare with him before we found this place. Anyway, leaving again soon for piano and then church stuff this evening.
QOTD- definitely just say thank you and appreciate the gesture...unless it's your spouse, lol. Then it may be better to find a way to tactfully share the truth. At some point early in our marriage somehow my husband got the idea that I LOVED almond roca. I do not really care for it. Lol. He bought it for me for All The Things. Eventually, I had to tell him.
Food today...
Breakfast-I grabbed some Brie and salami to have on my way to the dentist. Coffee and milk of course.
Lunch- buffalo chicken salad with celery to scoop it with. Having some tea here shortly.
snack- almonds and Greek yogurt on the go
Dinner- pesto ranch chicken

QOTD: I can't recall the last time I got a bad gift. If I did, I would be gracious and find someone that liked it to give to. Of course being careful to make sure the gift giver never finds out.

QOTD - I am always gracious and say thank you, and then put it up...closet, basement etc. Then I have a hard time getting rid of it later because so and so gave it to me. I will eventually do a good cleaning out and get rid of stuff but it takes a while.

I am posting late as we just came home from camping. Needless to say there was no one else in the campground but us and the deer but Lily and I got over 4 miles done Sunday,Monday,Tuesday and today. We saw deer,turkeys,woodpeckers,geese,ducks and even a pair of eagles fishing. It's supposed to be colder through the weekend though so we came home today. If we get another stretch of warmer days with nothing to do well head back. The state park is only 20 minutes from our house so it's no big deal to pack up and go. QOTD I just say thank you and put it away but I don't get many gifts but the few I get tend to be great. Post op 4 years 5 months and weight at 117 today. Here's the eats B 1 scrambled egg with bacon L 31/2 oz boneless pork ribs 1/2 c corn D 31/2 oz meatballs 1/2 c salad with small amount Italian dressing S mission one chocolate brownie protein bar.
