I feel great. I have had 1 friend have surgery and 3 waiting for surgery dates. All of them are doing this because they see me and know it can be done. I have 4 people going to a seminar with me tomorrow. am glad that people are getting healthy.

That first year seems like magic, doesn't it? As Kim said, one of the things most helpful to many of us is to stick around and encourage and help others. It gets easy to get complacent.
