What's on your Menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?

Over 2 1/2 years and I still don't know if I dump.  I fear the same as you. 

Same here.

I only know that I dump because it happens with straight protein.  And, yes, I know it's unusual, but what I'm experiencing IS dumping.  Verified by my surgeon and a Dr. who specializes in Dumping Syndrome.  It's not fun.

I so want it to get better for you!

I'm only 4 months out, but same. Except for opposite reason. I'm convinced I'll be one of the people who don't dump on sugar and I don't want to know that Hahahah 

Me too! I hope I never do either.

Happy Birthday to Daisymama and to my little girl!  My baby turns 11 today.  It feels like yesterday I was in the hospital being induced.  She has grown into such an amazing young woman.  She is strong, smart, loyal, kind and beautiful.  She makes me so proud every day.  I spent last night making 3 dozen chocolate cupcakes with Oreo cheesecake frosting topped with Oreos to take to school for treat.  Tonight she has her first band concert and then we will go out to dinner.

I also went out for restaurant week last night with a friend.  I did very well staying on plan.  I had the beef carpachio, short rib and two bites of the lemon custard (amazing but so sweet).  We had a wonderful time.  I'm down 1.6 lbs (finally) and hoping to continue the progress.  Also, I filed my taxes this morning!  Whoo hoo, I love having that out of the way. 

Time since surgery: 2 1/2 years
