You are kind of awesome!  Landscaping.  And "stuck at 126"!  To me that seems like a great place to be stuck.

hahaha

I guess in the grand scheme of things 126 isn't bad- but I would like to see 115 once in my life!!!

you're lucky your husband was a landscape designer!!!  I wish mine was.  The bushes in front of our house are a disaster.  The place is starting to look like it's in the middle of a jungle.  If I wasn't freaked out about getting up on a ladder, I'd be up there every day with a pair of hedge clippers!

Good morning Daisy and menu friends. I had a great weekend as well. I was excited getting FB friend requests from my OH friends! ( I do not know if I ever mentioned it here before, I do not discuss WLS on FB, not a lot of people know that I have had WLS that are FB friends, Thank you in advance...LOL)

I officiated 4 hockey games in a row on Saturday - 9-10 age group. One of the score keepers did not agree with a penalty I gave and told me twice that I made a terrible call. The penalty was on his son. I was pissed, but let it slide. Scorekeepers are off ice officials and that is a big no no. I debated whether I made the right decision to let it slide. We also made our vacation plans on Saturday night, we are going to an all inclusive Dominican resort in April. we are excited.

QOTD - I am a 6 hour sleep kind of person. No more , no less, If I am in bed by 11 pm I am awake by 5 am. Do not require an alarm clock. On the weekends I go to bed late as Joddie likes to sleep in and I will wake her if I am stirring in the morning. There are days where I will get up and be at the gym on Saturday mornings by 6.

B - Hard Boiled egg

S - Yogurt

L - homemade chef salad

S - buddig meat and cheese

D - Ribeye and zoodles.

Exercise - Gym night, have to get ready for vacation.

stay healthy my friends, Mike

I'm not "out" about my surgery, either.  I never mention anything about WLS on anyone's timeline just to be on the safe side because I can never remember who's "out" and who's not!

Yay for FB friends!  And for the record I am NOT "out" about my surgery either on FB... but having said that all my family and Canadian friends are always questioning how come I have so many "American" friends,  I just smirk and say "wouldn't you like to know"  Makes it sound a lot more exciting and intriguing than "weight loss surgery" LOL

Jealous you booked a trip to DR!  Don't you go to your folks in Florida as well? I need some sun & beaches right now!

Sorry to hear about the parent and the penalty thing, it must be hard to be a ref, I don't envy you at all.

Great menu!

Parents who complain to refs and coaches when they have no business being involved drive me crazy - they set a bad example for their kids too.  My kids are grown up and I still remember the obnoxious parents who did this.  And some of them were friends, but lost their minds at games!

Morning everyone! So I had a Great weekend! Friday evening we went to celebrate a friend who passed away a year ago. It was nice to have something to celebrate on such a blah day for me. We laughed, cried, and sometimes I laughed until I cried. It was perfect. Saturday morning, my 17yo daughter and I went to the Woman's March here in OKC... the organizers predicted about 4K to show up... we had over 14K in attendance. To say it was uplifting and full of love would be an understatement. The best part for me was that my daughter (Blaine), was moved possibly more than me. She has a passion for ASL, and there were two interpreters there for 143 deaf people. Because of who we know, we were able to stand in the VIP section, so she had a front row view for the interpreters. She went up to them and introduced herself (in sign) and 'spoke' with several of the deaf folks around us. I'm so proud to have such a strong-willed daughter, even in the reddest of red states. She makes me very proud!

QOTD: I'm a night person naturally, but like you, Daisy, I am forced to get up early. I'm up every morning at 5:15am... some nights I'm in bed by 8:45 though, because what I have learned is that left to my own devices, my body likes 9 hours of sleep... that doesn't happen very often for me, but when I took two weeks off after Christmas, my fitbit logged almost exactly 9 hours of sleep each night. If I could, I would stay up until 1-2 and sleep until 9-10!

Pleased with the weight loss from last week! Nothing huge, but then again, I am on the low end of what I need to lose! Weight this morning 154.6

B: Leftover chicken parmesan (frozen from a couple of weeks ago) 3.0 oz

L: Steak 2.7oz

D: Ham and some kind of cauliflower masterpiece I'll figure out later

S: Beef jerky, SF decaf coffee with either creamer (work) or Fairlife skim (frothed at home)

I have to add some pictures from Saturday!

On our way (After our stop at Starbucks for a coffee and those SCRUMPTIOUS egg bites - which I could only eat one, damnit!)

With our close friend, Paula Sophia, who was one of the speakers at the March.

More friends we bumped into at the March! (and that sign says it all... we all just need to find common ground, and LOVE MORE!)

Yes! Unfortunately they were out of one of the 'flavors', so we could only try the gruyere/ bacon ones... they are nothing like the egg muffins I make... I NEED to figure out how to make these... I'm too cheap to buy them there very often!
