What's on your Sunday Menu, RNYers?
QOTD: Blankets! I was going through heavy menopausal symptoms prior to WLS, but since losing most of my excess weight I am completely frozen ALL the time. I wear sweaters or thick housecoats and cover up with blankets in every room of the house. I sleep with 3 blankets. My daughters think it's because I'm "skinny now" but I think it's more than that. We'll see. As for now, I'm bundled up all day every day. :/
No menu planned for today, lots going on. Taking the boys skating, taking hubs to the airport, catching up laundry and food shopping for the week. Typical Sunday menu is lots of coffee, protein bars, a premier protein or two, deli meat and cheese rolls and either a rotisserie chicken or take-out something. I'll plug it all into MFP at the end of the day.
Enjoy your Sunday!

Good Morning JB and Menu Family!
Thank you so much for doing the weekend menu board, Julia!
I had a nice time yesterday with my girlfriend going to "Hidden Figures" and then out to eat. We went to Wendy's and I had chili and a side salad.
QOTD: I always have my blanket next to my recliner and when I'm on the computer or not using it my little Chihuahua is buried underneath it in her "blanket fort". When we call her name, "Tippy", the pile of blankets starts moving and eventually a little head will poke out. Ha Ha! When I sit in my recliner she jumps up on my lap and wants the blanket on us so she can cuddle up with me and the blanket. I like the feeling of the weight of the blanket on me and I also like having my little dog cuddling up with me.
Here's a picture of Tippy hiding in her "Blanket Fort".

Have a great day everyone!

Good morning! I hope everyone is well today -- I am working from home today -- so I hope to check-in on everyone a lot.
QOTD: I only use blankets on the couch when I am cold. For the coldest parts of winter, I actually have a heated throw. I love it -- if it's really cold -- but it tends to make me fall asleep.

Grim's daughter bought me a battery operated heated scarf for Christmas. It's divine. I also have a heated blanket for the. At that plugs into the cig lighter. I think it's time for one in the house :)
