I totally get the pre-surgery jitters, but I'm pretty sure that you'll almost immediately feel better than you do with that stupid band!

Good Morning! Posting before I head off to the gym. We are supposed to get more rain today so I think other than church it'll be a hang around the house day. I have some tv to catch up, and my hair dresser convinced me I need to watch This Is Us so I might try and watch the first episode at least. Justin Hartley is one of my "crushes". I also need to return some pants at JCPenneys so if Em is feeling better maybe we will go to the mall after church.

QOTD: Love blankets!!

Menu for today: B: latte, eggbeaters, turkey sausage and my other 1/2 of the blood orange. L: TBD S: latte, jerky and yogurt D: either shredded pork lettuce wrapped tacos or spaghetti squash with Alfredo sauce, chicken and mozzarella cheese, and decaf latte later in the evening.

Vits and water on track.

Love Love Love This is Us... However when I see Justin Hartley I still turn to my husband and say I miss him as Adam Newman on The Young and the Restless. Have your tissues ready I cry at least once during every episode.
