Sure! They are spicy! but good. The recipe is for shrimp po'boys,,,so my family had these on sandwich rolls with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato.
Pat 1 pound of shrimp dry with paper towels and toss with 2tsp creole seasoning. Melt 2 tbsp butter in pan and sauté shrimp about 3 minutes. The sauce is 1 cup mayo, 1 tsp creole seasoning, 2 green onions, 1 tbsp dijon, 1 clove garlic, 2 tsp dried parsley.
It makes more sauce than you probably need...we had a good amount leftover. It's from meals...I love emeals!

late post for me today. I am a black thumb gardener BUT I am having a raised bed garden this year. I kill everything I try so very frustrating but I'm reading books so I don't mess it all up. It will survive because I think for me it is important to grow my veggies. I'm not sure what that is about but this year I'm feeling it. I am going by thr square foot garden method- there are several books on it- but it involves building a box and each veg has its own square.
This morning the library had it's first seed swap ever. I got some plants, yellow squash, pole beans, bush beans, and some lettuces. after that i went to pickup groceries, bought some soil and stuff, gnc and coffee of course.
OH as an FYI- GNC just marked down a LOT of bars and powders. I got powder for 9.99, quest bars for .80, gnc bars for .40 - pretty awesome. also if you sign up as a rewards member they give you $5 off so yeah, winning. They have this new product called protein cake bites -lordy- birthday cake flavor with sprinkes
Low on protein today- need to bump it up.
also getting discouraged scale is not moving. maybe its all this yoga messing with me
