What's on your Saturday menu, RNYers?
Kid's section? That is so foreign to me....Although I did wander around the juniors section in Macy's today and was scouting the clearance....I liked some of it ...I am no 'junior' though and was definitely having to size up... there were a few things I would have bought if I could find the size I wanted...
I am with you in wanting to swing in the low range of the range I have in my head...

Good morning! I have another nutsy day of running around, working from my car and from my son's swim meet (which, if you've never been a parent at a swim meet - is most certainly a level of hell that Dante forgot)
QOTD: I actually hate doing anything outside that requires me to put my hands in dirt. However, my husband grows a very large vegetable garden. I do can and freeze all our veggies - and I dry or freeze all our herbs. Additionally, my husband is an avid iris breeder. He has several unusual crosses that he has created.
Plan for today ( edited as always for accuracy as the day goes!)
Breakfast:
2 thin slices bacon,16 oz coffee with liquid stevia, grape water (63/1/4)
Morning Snack:
16 oz coffee, 4 drops stevia (18/1/1)
Lunch:
5 turkey meatballs, 16 oz. of coffee, & 4 drops of stevia (193/13/15)
Afternoon Snack:
Starkist Ranch Tuna pouch, 16 oz. coffee w/liquid stevia (88/2/16)
Dinner:
3 oz ****tail shrimp, 1 T. homemade ****tail sauce (91/2/18)
Evening Snack:
16 oz. coffee, 4 drops liquid stevia, and water with grape (28/1/1)
Totals: 481-calories/20-carbs/55 protein

Hello Everyone,
I wanted to do the Providence march but I have to work so instead I have a friend carrying my name on a sign in Washington. I'll be there in spirit.
My final results from CAMAW was a loss of 3.5 lbs from Sunday to today. I'm going to continue eating this way. The only change was veggies and I think I was eating more of them than I should which caused my protein levels he be lower. All in all I'm a happy camper at 185.2! Never in my life did I think I'd see that number on the scale again.
QOTD: I can't tolerate digging in dirt with bugs and all! My husband does a very large garden with lettuces, zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes, snap peas, green beans, squash, melons and I could go on I pick it and cook it but that's it
B: decaf coffee with protein hot chocolate, string cheese
L: 3 oz chicken thigh with salsa and cheese
D: 3oz pork chop
S: tuna with balsamic, babybel

Good morning! We had the driveway plowed last night and I'm busting out of here today! I have been stuck in the house all week with this ice storm. My work and school have been closed. I'm ready for better weather and to get back into my routine next week.
I really enjoyed the AMAW challenge. I want to eat that way everyday! It's so satisfying and keeps me full. Even with having no power for 2 days, I stuck to it. My son cooked bacon on the wood stove and canned tuna kept me on track.
QOTD- I like to grow herbs and tomatoes. Usually for Valentine's Day, I buy my husband garden seeds so we can start our plants. This year we are hoping to do raised beds in the backyard. The real challenge is going to be to keep the deer out of the garden.
My food plan for today-
B- 3 chicken sausage links
L- 3 chicken meatballs
D- more of those delicious meatballs
S- some sort of protein to bump up my totals
I am going to get outside today and get some fresh air.
Recipe for chicken meatballs?

Holy guano. CAMAW rocks! Lost 4.8 I haven't lost that much in almost 2 months.
No garden. I touch a plant and it dies. So I just walk around my house touching weeds, but I have the opposite impact on them. They grow.
B Greek yogurt with flax
L smoked something. Stopping at a local BBQ place on way back from shopping
D Chinese omelette and egg drop soup
S banana premier protein shake
