Am I eating too much at 4 weeks post op?
^^What Peach said. I would off the banana and protein bar, especially at 4 weeks out. I use unflavored protein, greek yogurt, Syntrax protein powder, cottage cheese, these all add a lot of protein.
Ditch the banana and the peanut butter. Empty calories. You don't need fruit. It's just sugar.

No banana, no peanut butter, try to get two shakes in. Quite frankly I don't know how you are managing steak already. I am still working on that at 4 months out. Some days are better than others. Those protein bars are terrible for us as they have lots of carbs. You just had surgery to help you get to your goals, don't sabotage yourself by added lots of carbs.

Oh and the 2% milk - would be better if its skim at this point in our journey.

A great idea is to get the Fairlife Skim milk. I believe there are 13g of protein in 1 serving... I really like it, and it lasts longer than regular milk in the fridge too

And even better than 2% milk is high protein milk - I use Fairlife fat free which has twice the protein of 2% milk.
He does not need skim. Fat does not make us fat. Otherwise we would all be thin from the low-fat diets we tried over the years. I would be more worried about the sugar content in the milk than the fat content.
