Too bad -- and you are right. Oh well.
I see that each container has 16 oz -- they divide into 3 servings (so slightly over 5 oz) -- so even if I divided that 5 oz serving in half -- I would still be consuming 13 grams of carbs and 10 sugars. That's a lot for 2.5 oz of meat and would definitely trigger me.
POOP. Such is life.

the 5 oz includes sauce.. probably only 2-3 oz of meat. 1 oz of chicken has app 10-12 gr of protein...

I totally agree! I did find some great tasting SF BBQ sauce on Netrition.com (made with splenda-no sugar alcohols) and SF Teriyaki (also made with splenda- no sugar alcohols) but I haven't I haven't tried yet.

Where I live in Ohio -- a man started a company that makes sugar free BBQ sauce. I've tried a couple of them -- and I think they are really good. Just recently, my mom in Oregon had heard about them and asked me if I'd ever had any -- I sent her several different bottles and all her friends loved it. Anyhow, I will post a link and the nutritional info. I don't know if you can get it everywhere -- my mom can't get it -- that's why I send it to her. Someone said something about it being on Amazon -- but I only pay about 3 or 4 bucks a bottle -- I am sure it's way more there. http://guysbbq.com/sugar-free-sauce/4121213

I bought it when I was about a year out. I didn't even look at the sugar content-until right before I ate it. I did a and opted to have scrambled eggs for dinner instead.
