Good Morning and Happy Friday! I think once you eat carbs and sugar they make you crave carbs and sugar. They more you can avoid them the better off you will be! My plans for after this challenge are to just add vegetables to my meals. I have been trying to eat this way (again) for over a month now. And the weight has slowed down but I feel great (as long as I remember my stool softeners) and I know the weight will continue to move down ward. I do realize I need to cut back on the amount of food I eat. While I still know my "tool" works, after 6 years it isn't the same size as it once was. So it is up to me to be in better control of not only what I eat but how much! I can do this. I have done this and will again. Thank you for letting me join in on this challenge and from learning from each of you!! I can't resizeictures on my tablet it won't let me drag the corners. To resize, I need to use my desktop.

I find the same thing with my phone...can't resize on my phone only on my laptop..

When you put a picture in are you going through the picture icon link or just the add photo? If you do the picture icon link which is next to the smilely face you can adjust the dimension size.
OK, so how do you 'just add the photo' versus putting them into the picture icon?
Because I use the picture icon, and personally I find it to be a PIA... I wasnt to just drag and drop, but it just doesn't work... PLEASE enlighten me! LOL

Not that this is easier, but it is a way to have the photo only in the post rather than in your OH profile...but only works with my laptop, not phone..
I have a photo album set up in FB that only I can see. So i will send photos from my phone to that album. Then when I want to post on here, I right click the photo and hit 'copy' and then just paste into my message here...

Question, as you are not the only one who has posted this Jack Daniel's meat... someone else I think did shredded pork...I always assumed high in sugar due to the sauce? No? Because looks delicious...

Great minds have the same questions!
I used to love a recipe I have for JD BBQ sauce -- in fact, it's a trigger for me, so I don't even make it for my family now -- but it's so high in sugar. I am hoping this one is better? I'd love to try it!
