Finally home from work. This time I can post what I ate instead of what I planned to eat.
Breakfast - Greek yogurt, Turkey stick, string cheese
Snack - celery sticks, 2 laughing cow wedges
Lunch - Mock Spanish rice
Snack - Turkey stick
Dinner - 5 oz New York strip steak, romaine lettuce salad w/cucumber,green pepper and mushrooms
Calories - 976, Protien - 97, Carbs - 57

What is mock Spanish rice? Sounds intriguing!
When I make "mock" rice of anything I make it from cauliflower "rice", where ever you would use rice just use the cauliflower "rice" Yummy!!

M1- 24.5 lb,. M2 14, M3-9.5, M4- 7.5, M5- 6.5
I made Spanish rice using riced cauliflower.
1 pound 99 percent lean ground turkey
1 package Mrs Dash's sodium fee Taco Seasoning
2 packages riced cauliflower (green giant)
1 can no salt added tomato sauce
1 can rotel tomatoes
Cooked Turkey through added taco seasoning following package directions added cooked (microwave) riced cauliflower, tomato sauce and rotel tomatoes.
I made 5 meals out of it, each meal is 178 calories, 26.1 protein, 1.2 fat, 16.4 carbs
The servings are really big...I'm sure way way to much for after surgery, but it sure hit the spot for my Mexican food craving.

So sorry for the day late post! I ended up having to go to Montreal for work.
Pleased to announce that yesterday morning the scale liked me. Down 3.2 since Monday! Woo hoo! I did slip a little yesterday as I was limited to what they served us for lunch but I think I managed to handle it pretty well.
My thoughts on CAMAW? Best frigging thing ever! I didn't realize how much I needed it and just how much I was over eating on "healthy" food. Real eye opener. My name is Lori and I'm addicted to protein bars. It has been 5 days since I had a bar. :)
I had been afraid that I broke my tool but it's clear I didn't. I was just feeding it too many slider foods. Non night time snacking was also a win for me. I'm going to kee it up for a few more days. I'm loving how I'm feeling. It reminds me of when I first had this surgery. Love that in control feeling!
Menu for yesterday:
Beakfast: premier protein shake
snack: light and fit Greek yogurt
Lunch: Ceasar salad with chicken. (I ate the chicken and bacon bits and a few bites of lettuce, so I'm DQ'd from the challenge)
Snack: cheese-2oz. At least they had cheese! I avoided the cookies and chips and muffins!
Supper: 3oz chicken from a wrap with cheese.
I'm really loving the support and accountability here so if you don't mind I'm going to post here on a regular basis.
