What's on your menu today (Photo Friday) RNYers? Day 5 of AMAW/CAMW!
I bought mine on amazon...after our move this summer I was having a terrible time with plantar fascitiis and so I started living in these per someone's suggestion. I put them on as soon as I get out of bed and stay in them. Eventually they did the trick. They are super roomy and wide, so they had enough room for my bandaged toe, lol.

Good afternoon! I'm late posting as usual... This weekend is all about football!!! That means getting everything done like shopping, laundry and cleaning on Saturday to make sure nothing interferes with watching my Patriots kick the Steelers ass in the conference championship on Sunday!!!
QOTD - although I did not participate in AMAW, it really opened my eyes. I'm off the nuts and more aware of the 'oh this little thing is no big deal'. It is, it really is a big deal! Can't wait to participate in the next one!!

My friends and family are throwing a belated birthday party for me tomorrow night and might have 1 bite of pizza. Then it's all protein baby!

today:
E- 30 minutes on the treadmill
B- protein shake
L- 2oz. Deli turkey, hard boiled egg, baybel mini cheese
S - Greek yogurt
D- went out to dinner, Italian....had three meatballs parm. Probably not the best choice, but certainly not the worst.
QOTD: Down 4.5# this week - yay!!! More importantly, I feel hopeful again. I have been away from here for way too long and lost my way...then buried my head in the sand. Let myself gain a ton of weight since my lowest. I think I completely (conveniently?) forgot (ignored) what I am really supposed to do and how I am supposed to be feeding/treating my body.
After 5 days of low carb eating, I am no longer dragging myself home from work..in a stupor..with only enough energy to find the next handful of ______ to eat. I may not have done perfectly, but, I had not one low blood sugar episode. That is huge; I've been so abusive to my body.
Feeling so much better. So glad I stopped by when I did. Thanks so much for the challenge.
