Good morning and Happy Friday Daisy and menu gang. Today is my Grandaughters 3rd birthday and my daughters birthday is tomorrow. We are celebrating both on Sunday. The other 3 grandkids are sleeping over Saturday.
QOTD : What I learned the most from this week is when you let carby snacking into your routine you want it more and more. When I stop eating it I don't crave it. My weight Monday morning was 152 lbs and this morning I am 149 lbs. Down 3 lbs.

Thank you Daisy for the AMAW week. I was not successful at eliminating carbs, but I reduced them significantly. It takes me a few days and this time a week to get on board. I do have more energy and feel more in control of my life. I am probably eating like a regular poster to the daily menu, but that is a big change for me. Again thank you. I am posting before the day begins instead of 5:00 pm. Will learn to do pictures. What a work in progress.
B: 2 eggs with feta and hot sauce
L: tuna packet with pork rinds
S: greek yogurt

S: premier protein in coffees all day long
E: Walk 2.5 miles ( up from 2.0) and run 12 min. (up from 10 min) Will run 3 x 2 min, and 6 individual minutes
Last run, I ran 2x at 2 min, and 6 at 1 min. for 10 min total
