OMG. Saltines with a tiny bit of butter on them. Could be my worst downfall after velveeta.
My gradfather used to put butter on the flat side of home made chocolate chip cookies.

That's why they are called CRACKers.
You know what's terrible? I make all our crackers every week. EVERY. SINGLE. WEEK. I make a saltine type, a ritz type and a cheez-it type -- alternating by week. They are amazingly good (and without all the fake stuff and trans-fats) ---
BUT IT IS TORTURE FOR ME. I want to pop them in my mouth so much!!!

Hey all, didn't participate this time in all meat week, but have been limiting the "special convenience foods" like protein chips or bars or beef sticks and choosing refrigerated meat/veg instead. they tend to have more carbs and don't keep me full as long. don't think I have lost anything since Jan 12. In a bit of a stall and will keep waiting it out.

Plans for weekend include going to a seed swap at the library tomm for gardening (i mentioned this is my FIRST year for a raised bed garden and I am NOT a green thumb) so hopefully will get some good advice from people. doing the square foot method in the bed as apparently this is the easiest and most space saving way. have bought green beans, lettuce, radish, squash, cauli, cabbage, potato (for DH), and tomato. then we are running to home depot for the cedar boards to make the raised bed and to the library for some book rentals. eating out will be on the list also. I will also go grocery shopping probably tonight or tomm sometime. Made a HUGE batch of yogurt last night, many different varieties chocolate, vanilla, butterscotch, black forest (cherry SF jello and SF choc jello pudding) an a cinnamon apple (splenda, cinnamon)
Tues is my endo so I'm actually looking for a nice day off after the procedure.
Stayed under calories yesterday
today I'm having tons of coffee like every other day. yogurt on the list, leftover chicken, eggs, basically eating what is in the fridge as leftovers. Made bbq last night and it was SO yummy!
