What's on your Menu Today (Thursday) RNYers - Day 4 of AMAW/CAMAW!
Good morning! I have struggled a bit this week with AMAW. I will DQ myself due to my cheese curd episode yesterday for lunch. However, it's a new day and I'm resetting.
QOTD: probably steak, which I honestly don't have that often. It's SOOO good.
B- 3 oz deli ham with slice of melted American & mustard, tea with fairlife milk
L- 3 oz chicken with shred cheese
D- 3 oz slow cooked shredded beef
S- 1 oz polish sausage
S- mozz string cheese stick
W- 163.6, so I am trending down this week. Yay!
Totals- Cals- 818; protein- 92; carbs-7; fat-57

We got another couple of inches of snow last night, just enough to crap the roads up.
Scallops would have to be my absolute favorite, but they are so expensive I can only have a couple of them at a time, my other favorite is boneless, skinless, chicken thighs, I marinate them over night in equal parts sugar free orange marmalade and low sodium soy sauce, add garlic and ginger to taste, soak over night ( or up to 24 hours) then either grill or bake, YUM!!!

Good morning menu gang! It is a pretty morning but it's back down to 38 degrees. For us that's cold. Glad you are feeling better Daisy. I am at my lowest weight, probably since I graduated high school, this morning and I am super excited. My mama and daddy made an appointment for me to get a make over today. They said I deserved it. That made me super happy.
QOTD- My most favorite is a ribeye with all of the fat on it cooked medium. My next favorite is Boston butt cooked in the crockpot. Delicious!
