Doing great on CAMAW...ridding my diet of carbs is a blessing. I had a wake-up call this week at the doctor's office. I haven't lost weight in quite a while, but I had been maintaining for a long time. Had an appointment with my PCP and when they weighed me I had gained 10 pounds. That stopped me in my tracks. Thank goodness for CAMAW.... it couldn't have come at a better time!!

QOTD: My favorite dense foods are shrimp(before surgery I could eat sooo many in a sitting now I enjoy them just as much but it takes so few to fill me up keep me full for a long time.), rib eye, ham, turkey.
Chicken used to be my favorite but not since surgery and the same with pork loin.
