What's on your Menu Today (Thursday) RNYers - Day 4 of AMAW/CAMAW!
I've chased our Cow, calling her steak when she would get pushy with me...
And now, she is hanging in some meat locker, becoming just that
I'll chase her with the knife and fork when she comes home to roost in our new 10CF freezer we are buying this weekend!
(I am really a little sad still about having to process her so soon... so the only way to combat that is to laugh)

CAMAW - It's going great! The first day I had some carb withdrawls, but now it's pretty easy. This morning I was down a total of FOUR pounds since Sunday! YAY!
QOTD: Rib-eye steak is my favorite dense protein. I cook it medium rare on my George Foreman grill. I don't eat it with any sauce, just a little salt. I was going to have it for dinner last night but I share a steak with my daughter since I can't eat a whole one and she went out to eat last night so we're having the steak tonight instead.
B: 1 egg, scrambled with cheese, 3 strips bacon
L: Jack Daniel's pulled chicken
D: Rib-eye steak
S: Light n Fit Greek Yogurt
S: Roast beef roll-ups with cream cheese
Exercise: Walking the dog around the subdivision
