Good morning! It's HUMP day! Yay.
QOTD: rarely now, which makes me sad. Our town used to have recycling pick up for a while, then they stopped that and had the big bins in town where you could take your stuff yourself. We still recycled then. Most recently they have removed the bins so there is no opportunity to recycle without driving your crap 50 miles away. I just don't have time for that. Priorities, I know.
B- 2 scrambled eggs with melted cheese, tea w/fairlife milk
L- 3.5 oz chicken with shred cheese
D- chili lime turkey burger with melted cheese (today is an awfully cheesy day)
S- boiled egg
S- mozzarella string cheese stick
E- 30 min yoga--DONE

That's almost the same scenario we are faced with when trying to recycle... then add to it mice/field rats (country living), and I really don't like to keep anything in the garage or 'they' invade... we suck with recycling, and I feel bad, but not bad enough apparently.

I find that to be the strangest thing that your town took away the bins? And to make the residents drive 50 miles, I won't do it either! That's a total bummer.
Cheese is good, once I get off AMAW I am back to my having my cheese, I miss it!
Great menu, great numbers, 11 carbs is awesome! Looking forward to what you have in store for Day 4!

Good Morning all. Today I will try to figure out how to post a photo. First time for me (don't laugh too hard, I'm older than most you and computers are not my thing). I didn't take photo's of each of my meals yesterday so I will try to take more today. Since I have been eating as close to carb free as I can for over a month now, I don't expect to see a huge change in weight or size this week. But I feel so much better eating this way that I plan on sticking with it. Not to say I won't or don't eat carbs, I just limit them to vegetables and healthier ones. I am really happy to hear that you feel better eating this way, that is awesome! And I agree, its not that we all won't eat carbs, but lets chose wisely and eat the good ones, veggies/fruit versus pretzels, bread, rice and crackers right!
Great menu and that pulled pork looks yummy how its as good as it looks!
