What's on your menu today (Wednesday) RNYers? Day 3 of AMAW/CAMAW!

I often micro my meat with my sauce or condiment already on it to up the moisture factor. Or adding things like goat cheese, brie cheese, blue cheese, shredded cheese or gravy, (love gravy) on top of meats also helps with the moisture, just a few ideas. But good idea to warm it up in the toaster oven I might try that!
It's not about the moisture. It changes the flavor to me. The only way I can explain is it becomes "gamey" or something. Something awful happens to chicken haha. Yes, try the toaster oven or big oven. It really does keep in the moisture and the slower you heat it up the the better. Everything meat should be warmed up this way. You can also kind of steam in in a covered pan with low heat on the stove.
I've never really worried about fat. While losing, my number one goal was keeping my calories low, making most of that protein, and carbs as low as possible. Fat ended up being whatever was left.
The first few months I concenteated on moist and tender protein. I had a lot of beef tenderloin, which is fairly lean. By around four months I had switched to things like ribeye, which have more fat.

I am feeling very meaty thank you!!! And for the record Marshmallows are LIFE, I literally go into another zone when we go down the grocery isle that has the marshmallows in it, the smell is like heaven to me, I legit LOVE LOVE LOVE marshmallows. Now I have never had a peep and I should probably keep it that way!!
Too bad your city is a dumbass when it comes to recycling!! Gee wiz!! And that makes no sense to me to take cardboard but not a pizza box? WTH???
100 pounds of sausage sounds sexy (that is a quote from hubby, not me LOL LOL) and hubby wants to know if that's 100lbs American or Canadian? ha ha ha Wait is Nova Scotia its own country (inside joke OHers).
As usual there really is not friggin competition here when you post your damn menu. Good lord that is a lot of protein dude!
Enjoy your ham as it looks like its sausages for the next couple of days! Stay Meaty Grim!!
Mom still in hospital and uncertain how my day will go. I'm at work but will go see her over lunch and after work. Makes meal planning difficult when you are in a flux.
Breakfast: Blue Bonnet whey isolate protein (hot) with Peppermint Patty SF syrup.
lunch: 3 100% pork meatballs and Organic cheese stick
snack: I have local butcher beefstick 1 oz and 1 oz Amish baby swiss (in case I need to eat while at the hospital)
Supper: shrimp & coctail sauce and boiled egg
Snack: Fage 0% greek yogurt with SF syrup, or organic ham slice - 1 oz or tuna - depends on the time of day and my mood.
I'm keeping a Pure protein bar in my purse just in case.
I'm drinking lots of hot tea and taking hot tea with organic half & half with me to the hospital - the little bit of half and half does help me stay full.
This week has not been ideal - I planned to bake, crock pot, meat but just haven't been able to do it. Grrr.
