Feel better Karen, this thing going around is so nasty!

Glad you & hubby do your part to recycle, so weird to me that a town would not recycle, go figure.

Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better, Daisy.

Camaw is a bit harder than it was last time I tried it.  It is always about self discipline for me. I had a handful of blueberries this morning with my ham. Did I NEED it? No. But there I was justifying that it wasn't something else. I am feeling like some fat is melting away though.

We do recycle quite a bit and have 2 recycling bins in the condo community where we live so that makes it so convenient.

B 2.8 oz baked ham; about a 1/2 c blueberries

L 6 oz tuna and 1/2 c cottage cheese.

s Mozzarella stick

D 4oz of rotisserie chicken

have a great day everyone!

Sorry to hear that you are finding CAMAW harder this time. Don't let that discourage you or make you throw your hands up in defeat!!  You can do this. You did it before and I have full confidence you can do it again!

Yay for feeling fat is melting away, that is awesome!! Most of us here on OH eat for various reasons: stressed, bored, head hunger. Sometimes you have to ask yourself, "why did I eat the blueberries" starting with the "why" helps me a lot and then I am more aware for the next time!

Great menu!!  You can do this! I think you are doing awesome so far!   Looking forward to your menu for Day 4 of CAMAW!

Glad your condo place recycles!

Morning everyone! Daisy, I saw your response about being my stalker should I fall off the wagon. THANK YOU! And I know you'll find me should you need to... and I'll be better if you do

Day 3: I'm rocking this! Even though weight isn't falling off, I don't usually lose on Wednesday's (seems to be the weekends for some reason) I did lose this morning. Nice surprise! Mon-157.0 Tues-157.2 Wed-156.4... New low number! I'll take it! I'm doing CAMAW, but the only critter I've had all week has been creamer/fairlife in my coffee, and a sprinkle of cheese on my chili dog. I could probably up the water a bit, and that would help.

QOTD: We suck. Small town nightmare... our recycle bins that used to be 8 miles away are gone... I used to recycle food to the chickens, but they are temporarily gone until Spring... and I just can't store recycles in my garage, I have a hard enough time with mice/field rats. Priorities, as Chassi said, apparently this isn't mine.

Last night I found a hunk of a brisket we have frozen from our July 4th party. I heated that baby up, and 3 of us ate it for dinner... and I had one slice left that weighed out at 3.5 ounces... I threw that sucker in a baggie and brought it to work. Gonna be yummy for lunch! (after I take the fat off, it won't weight that much, it's a fairly fatty piece... or I might eat the fat. I like smoked brisket fat!)

B: 2oz of brats

L: 3.5 oz of brisket

D: Hoping to make the pork tenderloin in the fridge if my evening goes as planned! I'll have 2.7 ounces of it if I do

S: Beef jerky/ decaf with either half and half (at work) or Fairlife skim (at home)

Exercise: To the gym at lunch to do arms (I've been going to the gym pretty regularly with a friend at lunch, but I always forget to post it here) I'm also walking up 2 flights of stairs, then back down 5, then back up 3 every day in the afternoon... it only takes a few minutes, and it gets my heart pumping.

Edited to add my picture! This is for food at work today... no picture of the tenderloin!
