What's on your menu today (Wednesday) RNYers? Day 3 of AMAW/CAMAW!
Good Morning! I am glad you're feeling a little better. I also have had that happen where I haven't gotten full on sick but it seemed to last longer. January is our busiest time of the year at work and I have hard time believing it is already the 18th! CAMAW is going well so far, I am excited to see the results on Friday night when I measure and weigh. I will post my pic of yesterdays food below-the only thing missing was I had some pork rinds after I finished dinner last night.

Interesting to me that January is your work's busiest time of year. Working at a hospital there is never a "slow time" its a constant steady LOL
I am excited to see your stats on Friday too cuz you are doing so well!
Glad you recycle, something is better than nothing lol
Great menu Kelly, I am diggin everything on it! I see you eat cottage cheese almost every day, I so wish I could. Pre surgery I ate CC by the boat load. Then I ate a lot of it right when I was a newbie post op and I turned me right off CC. Now I can't stand the smell or look of it let alone eat it, bummer cuz I love cottage cheese!
Keep up the great work, looking forward to your Day 4 menu!
Day two was another success. I have to just keep doing it even after this week is done. I haven't reached my goal weight yet and I have no one to blame but myself. I get lazy plain and simple.
QOTD: Yes I recycle a lot. Any type of food scrapes go to the chickens unless it is a meat then that goes to the dog. Bottles and cans I get 5cents back on. Paper and cardboard is used to make fire logs. I take one bag of real MSW in to work weekly and even that gets burned and turned into electric.
B: scrambled eggs and ham small coffee
L: 4 shrimp with ****tail sauce and a few pork rinds
D: 3oz baked chicken thigh
S: yogurt and another small coffee I have a few meetings today so I will need a little extra caffeine.
Vitamin patches on
60oz of water so far. Started at 4am.
30 mins on the treadmill and 15 mins on my Igallop Here is a picture of the set-up
Fun! Maybe we need one of those, lord knows we have enough saddles to use (that aren't being used to ride anything else... sigh, teenagers and their horses... after the car comes along. Kinda sad, really!)

My first "car" was a horse I bought at 13. I was a dishwasher and saved up $700 to buy a 12 year old Anglo Arab. I rode that horse everywhere even up to the local pizza joint. She would just chill outside while I ran into get a sandwich. We would go swimming every Summer. She was a great horse. Breeze was 32 when she passed away.
So can I ask what type of saddles you have that aren't being used? I'm kind of looking for a treeless one to fit my cob who is flat backed and short backed. I have had so many people say "oh just get a draft saddle that will fit". Um no it wont they are to long and would sit on her kidneys. So I need something with a 16in seat, round skirt and that will fit a cob that has a gullet size over 8. Her shoulders are so dam wide it is crazy.
This picture is from two Summers ago and she has grown even more since then. Not the best picture, but it give you an idea of how wide she is. The vet laughs and says I can use her as a couch in the house.
Oh, we have a mare just like that!!! She's so barrel bellied! (and we have a gelded paint that has very similar markings to yours!)
We have a couple of barrel saddles (both 15" I think) and a couple of pleasure saddles... Oh, we won't sell them, just that we've all been lazy, and no one has ridden in so long. At least with that I could get some use out of mine!

Check craigslist I scored mine for $50 a couple of years ago. They run $500 new. It really does give your legs and core a workout. And your saddles will get used.
I may have found a Hilison Treeless saddle new that will fit her, but I have to measure her to make sure.
