oh no my friend, not you too with the sickness! Damn! Sleep is good, your body needs the rest!
Yay for recycling, we are the same way, 1 bag of garbage every two weeks but we rarely have any garbage so its not a problem for us.
See you got the shrimp for dinner, yummy, love shrimp!
Great menu and those protein numbers are awesome!
I hope you feel better Lizz, looking forward to your Day 4 CAMAW menu! Keep up the great work!

Good morning fellow Meat Eaters!
Day three and I couldn't be more pleased with how things are going. I think that I've mentioned that I pretty much eat this way all the time -- but, in retrospect, I have been eating a lot more cheese, nuts, and even popcorn than I realized. I am a raging workaholic and multi tasker -- so it's very easy for me to manage my eating from 7 a.m. until 8 or 9 p.m. The time from then until bedtime is hardest. I feel snack-y -- and would often eat those things before bed. I put cheese on most things, too. I haven't been overeating -- but I can definitely see that I feel more in control and eat less sticking with just the meat.
QOTD: We are avid recyclers. We also do not produce a lot of trash, as we have far more recycling each week than actual garbage. I also compost. I compost all our scraps (except meat) -- or they are fed to our chickens. I think that I mentioned that I am cheap? I save all our vegetable scraps in a baggie in my freezer and use them to make broth when I have a full bag. Also, my husband will remove all the metal from trash -- as well as wires -- and take them to the scrap yard.
AMAW Day 3 -- Here's my planned menu for the day. As always, I will edit with accurate measures/pics and corrections as I eat through the day.

"What you eat in private, you wear in public." --- Kat
It is soooooo easy for our eating to creep up, even if we eat pretty well. And cheese and nuts are often major culprits.
It is really easy to add an extra slice of cheese to something. An extra slice of American cheese is 100 calories, and 100 calories a day is 10 pounds in a year. No wonder people think they are eating exactly the same, and don't know why they are gaining.
100 calories is a nothing amount of food, and if you are not weighing what you eat, you will never ever guess that accurately.
