Morning! Oh man, yesterday was crazy around here. So busy, much crazy running. Left the house at noon with the kids and do not return until 8:30. I forgot most of my pictures...the one below is my shredded po, rk dinner, and I remembered the picture halfway through eating it, ha!
yes, we recycle! It is a pain too! When we lived in the city we had a big blue can we just Itdumped everything into and they picked it up every week. Now we live in the country, we have to hire a private trash company, and we have to deal with our own recycling. We are a big family...we make a lot of recycling, lol. It has taken some time for us to come up with a reliable routine, but we got a system down now, and we go to the recycling center each Wednesday our way to piano lessons...it's the closest we come to it being on the way to anything. This spring I am setting up our first compost bin!
Breakfast- eggs scrambled with a bit of sausage
Lunch- buffalo chicken salad
dinner- making beef stew today, with plenty of extra beef. I will pull some of the meat with a bit of the broth out for me.
Snack- I have the calorie room for a Greek yogurt or a baby bell if I need it.
SCalories without Snack- 676. Protein- 70 even.
HW- 375
SW- 358
GW- 175
Love the pork- looks yummy...and yes I find posting from the phone on this site less than stellar. For me once I post a picture, it will never let me write anything below it....

Great idea on killing two bird with one stone kind of idea and doing the recycling on the way to piano lessons. Yay for recycling and being organized! And you will love the compost bin, its great!

Good morning Daisy and menu gang, not feeling great today. It started yesterday afternoon. I slept all afternoon and evening and still was able to sleep in the night. Going to be a low key kinda day.
QOTD : yes we recycle, 2 plastic and glass bins, 2 paper and cardboard bins. Food booger bin. This gets collected weekly. We are allowed 1 bag of garbage every 2 weeks. The city sent out recycling bags for batteries about a month ago. It's like everything, takes a bit of getting used to but then it just becomes second nature.
