Breakfast: Vanilla Ricotta Bake w/ SF Orange Marmalade swirl, 1 tsp SF syrup
Snack 1: Chocolate Premiere Protien
Lunch: 2 oz egg Salad, 1 oz cucumber slices
Snack 2: 1/2 bottle isopure grape and 10 cashews
Dinner: Beef Mechado stew & steamed broccolli
Totals: Cal: 806, Carb 31, fat 40, protein 83
Vits & Water: Started
Exercise: 15 min t25 and 7 min Yoga stretch, hoping to walk later if i have time

its very difficult, thanks Pat for your kind words. I hate that my parents are aging and I am dealing with a whole new set of emotions, such a bummer.
It's so hard to lose weight without surgery. :( The most success I had was going very low carb. I did not maintain o
f course... It's so frustrating.
Gotta rush this morning...busy day. One son has therapy, the other is getting his dirty nasty cast cut off...he broke his arm 4 1/2 weeks ago. He is 6. You can imagine the grossness, lol.

Lunch- the last piece of that Greek chicken thigh
Dinner- pulled pork
Snack- will be having dinner late, so I will bring a Greek yogurt along
