What's on your Menu today (Tuesday) RNYers? DAY 2 of AMAW/CAMAW
Where are you staying in Vegas? You should be okay with the hotel buffet. Most have meat and seafood options. Food at the conference might be more problematic. They love to serve carbs, especially for breakfast. I usually find a store and get cheese, meat and hard boiled eggs if the room has a fridge. If not, I order eggs from room service before the conference. Have fun and check out the pool. Vegas hotels have great pools!

so weird you had no details from the conference organizers. what's up with that? But on the plus side, Vegas will have a ton of protein forward food you can find cheap if they don't feed you at the conference! Good for you for bringing all that extra food just in case!
Its so hard when someone we love is struggling with something (weight, addiction, finances etc). So I am struggling with my emotions on this one...

Good morning Daisy and menu crew! Sorry to hear about the weather, be careful out there.
I can understand your worry about your Dad. I think you can get him to eat protein forward and once he is past the first few days, but...it is hard to get them to change at this point, keep on him and be supportive as you are sooooo good at!
So - I have been great with planned menus for a long time. But, I also added too many things that previously I would not touch. Alcohol here and there, a slice of pizza, a handful of chips, dip, more pizza, carbs and sweets. The list goes on. I had not weight myself in months. I even avoided coming here as I knew what was going on and trying to ignore it. ( this whole new job process added a level of stress as well). I weighed this morning and am 9 pounds above where I need to be. I will get back to what works for me.

B - hard boiled egg
S - Light and fit greek yogurt
L -Homemade ham chef salad with a hard boiled egg
S - Buddig meat and cheese.
D - boneless ribs in the crock pot.
S - Unsure.
901 calories as is.
Exercise - going to walk at lunch as my son has a Hockey game tonight and I will not have a chance to go to the gym.
