Daisy and AMAW group. I need to sit this one out. I'm having some really bad reactions with food lately (last night I had either "late" dumping or RH 2-3 hours after dinner) While in theory AMAW should work well for me, I'm having issues with all meat. Anyway, I'll cheer you all on from the sidelines, stick mainly to AMAW (plus my added fiber) and hope to be in the next round after they figure out my issues! Good luck, all!
