on 1/17/17 7:07 pm - GTA, Ontario, Canada
Eeek, you got the ice storm too! Hope you were safe!
I am thrilled you loved AMAW and you rocked it, how awesome is that! Love that you were satisfied and not snacky, great job!
Awesome menu, that is perfect for AMAW, you are doing so well and I can't wait to see your menu tomorrow on Day 3!
Good Morning crew! Daisy, I am glad that you're feeling a little better. I hope you can push the fluids today and continue to fight the cold that's trying to take you down. Congrats on sticking to plan yesterday-you rock. Day 1 (day 2 for me since I started Sunday) went pretty well. I stayed on track and only had an issue after dinner where I wanted to snack on some Cheez-its but I made it the 1/2 hour and then had my latte before bedtime-I call that a win!
QOTD: I am glad that you got good news on your dad's heart. Other than encouraging a protein forward diet and exercise (swimming or anything in the water is a great option!) I don't think there is anything else he can do. I think having your support will be great for him.

Awesome job Kelly on not eating the cheez-its! That for sure is a WIN! Thanks for your kind words on my Dad. I appreciate that a lot.
Great looking menu! I so need some jerky, a lot of people have it on their menu and now I am craving it LOL
Keep up the great work! Your protein numbers are awesome!!
Hello Everyone,
I'm sorry you're not feeling well Daisy and I hope it doesn't get as bad as your husbands was!
My first day of CAMAW was uneventful. The only things I've really changed is not eating veggies and not having my protein hot chocolate so it's not too bad.
QOTD: My dad was MO shortly after marrying my mom apparently... I wan't there to see. She was always as thin as they come. With 5 brothers and one sister it was just me and my sister that were MO. She for a time was SMO but had cancer that she's survived but she lost over 300lbs because of it and has kept all but about 30lbs off. She's done that by doing WW so IDK.

It is but they way she lost it was brutal. It was nasal cancer so now she can only eat soft foods, no meat and can't stand the taste of sugar.

Thanks conazza, I am feeling better, not 100% but better, so thank you!
Your protein hot chocolate is allowed. That is part of your "liquids" so I approve of that no problem.
Wow that is quite the story about your sister!! I am glad she is down 300lbs that is amazing and all with WW, wow, good for her!!
Your menu is excellent, great totals, and only 13 carbs is awesome! Keep up the great work, I look forward to see what you have on your menu for Day 3!!
