What's on your Menu today (Tuesday) RNYers? DAY 2 of AMAW/CAMAW
Good morning and thank you so much for the warm welcome yesterday-it meant a lot!
I also have had someone I love be careless with his health. But given I did that myself until else I really should not complain. But it is painful to see someone you love take full advantage of making stupid mistakes for themselves. Many wishes that your dad finds a path to health.
I did okay on Camaw yesterday but found myself in usually hungry much of the day. So I had extra cheese and some ham.
Menu for today looks like this:
B 4 oz baked ham
S 5 shrimp
L 6 oz tuna and 1/2 cup cottage cheesD 4 oz chicken breast.
S moz stick
have a wonderful day!

From my husband's shopping cart, that's where!
It all makes me feel a Barney-the-purple-dino song coming on. I know you are keen about all great music, Grim, so sing along with me now:
If all the raindrops were lemon drops and gum drops, oh what a world that would be.
Alternate verses:
If all the snowflakes were Hershey bars and milkshakes . . .
If all mosquitoes were tacos and burritos
Oh what a world that would be.
I'd stand outside with my mouth open wide
(now stick out your tongue and go)
ah, ah-ah-ah, ah-ah-ah, ah-ah-ahhhh.
Oh what a world that would BEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
