Good Morning Fellow Carnivores!

I am so excited for AMAW --

To answer the QOTD: Truthfully, eating this way isn't too different from how I eat most of the time.  I am the cook in our house -- and I buy very few processed foods.  While I don' t expect my typical weighted "normie" husband or son to eat the same portions or live without any carbs, they do tend to eat a protein heavy diet as a result.  I bake all our bread and crackers -- as well as make a lot of our dairy products-- and we have chickens -- so there's a lot of egg dishes here.  I am frugal (polite way of saying cheap) -- so now that I don't eat much, I abhor spending a lot of money eating out.  We tend to have 1 to 2 meals out and otherwise everything is made at home or packed for travel.

I weigh and measure everything -- so these are my planned diet for today.  Good luck everyone!

Breakfast:

16 oz brewed coffee, liquid stevia (4 drops)  (15/1/0)

Morning Snack:

4 thin bacon slices, 8 oz coffee, 2 drops stevia, water with grape flavoring drops  (98/1/6)

Lunch:

Chicken Fajita 4.3 oz meat only, 16 oz coffee, 4 drops stevia (176/4/31)

Afternoon snack:

8 oz coffee, 2 drops of stevia, water with grape flavoring drops (15/1/1)

Dinner:

Seasoned Chicken Taco meat (4.2), 16 oz coffee, stevia drops (218/3/24)

Evening snack:

10 pepperoni slices, water with grape flavor drops (98/1/4)

Totals:  626 calories/11 carbs/67 protein

Starting weight this morning: 134.5

I love that I am not the only one who drinks tons of hot liquids... I mix some tea in there, but the coffee and tea goes down so much easier than the cold stuff... although I too try and get some flavored water in there...

I love that you eat pretty much like this all the time, so no wonder you are so successful!!

I am so impressed you make your own bread/cracker and have your own chickens, I think I need chickens, I love HB eggs!!  And for the record I don't think its "cheap" just smart!!!

Great looking menu Kat!! May I ask what brand of Stevia you use and the grape flavouring you use (grape is one of my fav flavours, that and peach anything). I can't use a lot of the Mio and things like that they give me cankers and migraines, go figure.

I think you & Daffodilgirl are Grim's direct competition so looking forward to the rest of your menus & pics this wee****ep up the great work!
