totally salivating on your egg bites, those look awesome!!! and your meat roll ups are perfect!  I am so glad you are doing this!!

I am thrilled you found a group that you connected with and fingers crossed you have a connection with the therapist next week.

I totally get your husbands fear, the great thing is you have already done the surgery so you can for sure help him along this journey!

This is going to be a drive by posting as work is insane right how.

QOTD: Yes my husband joins in with me when I do the CAMAW. 

B: two scrambled eggs with 2 pieces of bacon small coffee with 2 tbsp. cream

L: Three slices deli ham with cheese

D: 3oz roast chicken

S: 3oz beef jerky

No pictures today as I left my phone at home rushing out the door.

Vitamins on and 33oz of water in so far.

30mins on treadmill done.

I forget about jerky, I should get some and add that to my menu!

AMAW BABY!

I'm sorry you are feeling crappy Daisy. Get over it quickly.

I'll start posting tomorrow exactly what I had the day before. I like precision. But I have spiral sliced ham, deli ham, and ribeyes waiting today. I also have a big pile of sweet Italian sausage to cook on the grill. But depending on what we do today, I may not be around to cook it.

Ham, ham and ribeyes sounds wonderful and a side of sweet Italian sausage is perfect.  You got this!!

I should add that, unlike some, I never have constipation issues with all meat. It might be because I always get enough fat -- there are days I hit 150 grams of fat on MFP. But after the first 6 months postop, I've never had constipation.

Okay, here goes! I am finally posting after reading your posts for about a year. I am deeply inspired by all of you. I am 6 years out and pretty successful. I am healthy and happy. Some weight has crept back, but thanks to all of you, and I am ready to take back my decipline and get back in the drivers seat.

menu for today: B 3 oz of deli ham

 1 hard boiled egg L tuna and cottage cheese s2 salami and cheese D Sirloin steak. Still working on the measuring thing. Oh and coffee and tea galore.
