I hope you get to feeling better. I feel VERY fortunate that I haven't caught anything yet. I'm usually the first one. Maybe its the vitamins, I don't know.

Good looking menu!! Keep up the great work!

Sorry you aren't feeling well! Headaches are bad enough, migraines are so incapacitating.

I'm interested in hearing how the Trader Joe Chili Lime Chicken burger tastes. It sounds intriguing!

QOTD: I'm not doing the challenge due to my PS last week.  I'm just trying to get in enough protein/calories for healing and also getting things moving along in my system now.  You mentioned being out of propane - when we bought our house we had a gas fireplace installed AND had a gas line for the grill installed.  It's a great luxury to never have to worry about running out!

B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese

L: egg salad maybe

D: ricotta bake again probably

S: protein shakes

I see the surgeon tomorrow and am hoping the head wrapping which restricts my eating will be gone at least during the day so I can eat a bit more like I usually do.

Have a great Monday!

We have a direct line to our gas grill as well. So much better than dragging those little tanks around and grill is always ready for meat!!

Thanks Liz, head is still crappy but working on rest and getting better.

I didn't end up eating the Chilli lime burger, I forgot to defrost them so I will eat it tomorrow or Wednesday. I did have Trader Joes Turkey Meatballs for dinner tonight with a bit of spaghetti sauce, they were awesome!  Will review the chilli lime burgers when I cook them.  But I know JB loves them.

I am thinking of getting a gas line installed for our bbq, we use it so much and I get so sick of dragging that heavy ass propane tank back and forth to get filled up so will for sure look into it!

Hope you are healing well and look forward to your update tomorrow on getting the wrapping off!!
