What's on your menu today (Monday) RNYers - START OF AMAW/CAMAW!
Woke up late this morning. Had breakfast on the run. Here's the menu for today
B: 2 eggs scrambled with feta and (2 leafs of spinach for color--don't tell) in 1 tsp butter
L: 1 yogurt
D: 3 oz hamburger with dijon mustard and a bit of ketsup
Snacks 1 or 2 hard boiled eggs
1 Premier protein shake in my coffees all day
I'll go the distance tomorrow with totals, but this is a big step, just planning and posting.
E: 2 miles on the treadmill

I love that your wife is so supportive and totally on board and is interested in CAMAW, that is so awesome, she's a keeper!

This is my 3rd attempt-didn't work on my work computer.
First, thanks so much for the welcome and allowing me to join late.
Day 1 so far has been a success. Very happy to be feeling in control again. I never took pics of my meals, but I'll do that tomorrow.
QOTD: I'm single, so don't have to worry about cooking for anyone else.
My menu for today was:
Breakfast-4 slices of Turkey Bacon/ Tea with Miralax
Snack- Light and Fit Greek Yogurt (LOVE shopping in the US)
Lunch- 4oz Chicken with garlic dipping sauce. (I struggle with chicken at times)
Snack- Budwigs turkey deli meat pack
Supper- 4oz of steak with Heinz 57 sauce
Vitamins-done
Exercise-done
Water- working on it. :)
I will post earlier tomorrow. It's been great going back and reading the posts from last week. Friday's was amazing! Loved loved loved all the pics! WOW! One day I'll be brave and post mine!

Hi Lori! I was hoping to see a post from you! Its okay if you are late, the board is more active in the morning and during the day but if this is the only time you can get here its okay, the fact that you are here is awesome!

Hi Nanny!
I love tuna and pretty much eat it every day, tuna and shrimp have such high protein and low calories its perfect for us!
If you want since you work nights, post when you get off work I usually have the menu thread posted either just before or at 7am Mon-Fri so please do join us earlier if want/can.
Great menu, steak, shrimp & tuna all sound awesome, keep up the great work!!
