What's on your menu today (Monday) RNYers - START OF AMAW/CAMAW!
Good to hear from you! I am right about your surgery date, down 65 pounds... so hoping to get below 200 this week! I even painted my toes so that I can get a pic of my toes when I take a pic of the scale ;). We can do it! I also succumbed to grazing over the holidays. This week will help kick that habit, I hope.

Hi Daisy and menu friends, late post today as I had an early morning appointment and just got home.Daisy I really hope your headache has eased up some. Hugs to you. I wanted to say that I really enjoyed seeing everyone's before and after pictures. Truly inspiring. We are all doing a fantastic job. I truly believe coming here and getting the support and guidance from the vets has been beneficial to our success.
So I took a picture of some of the meats that I picked up last night for our AMAW, CAMAW. Shrim was on sale for a great price, $6.88 a bad. Grabbed 4 bags. If you like shrimp the calorie and protein rate is fantastic.
QOTD: Thankfully my hubby will pretty much eat what I make for supper. I make some adjustments at supper time such as potatoes rice noodles etc. He also has pizza Friday night. It truly. This weekend I made lasagna, I made two. One small pan with noodles and one small pan with zucchini "noodles ". It was to die for and I didn't miss the pasta at all.

Totals 490 calories and 90 grams of protein

Great that your hubby is easy going too, make it easier right! Good job on making the two different lasagnas that's perfect and sounds like yours was delish. Post it one day for us here!

Hello Daisy and Menu Friends! Happy Holidays and New year! I have been MIA ! I just gave my notice at work, I am so excited for this next chapter and the fact that I will be working 1.5 miles from my home. I will shrink a 2 hour a day commute down to 5 minutes. So happy.
Sorry I am not on the AMAW as I am late to the dance.
