Quick post after an all morning staff meeting in our corporate office which means an hour drive each way. Didn't want to miss on my first CAMAW post though.
B: Decaf Coffee w/ scoop of GNC Vanilla Cream protein
L: 2 oz. of beef jerky on the drive back to my office (it's one of those days)
S: Premier Chocolate protein
D: Chicken and Beef from a stir fry dish I plan to make. Hoping to just pick out the meats and skip the yummy veggies.
E: 3 mile walk w/DH after work. Didn't get the morning workout in do to the stupid staff meeting. (Oops did I say stupid staff meeting?)

Good Morning-well ok it's afternoon now. I didn't post before leaving for work this morning so I'll do it now that I'm on lunch. My husband pretty much follow my "way" of eating but he won't for this challenge. He always has to add a salad to whatever we have for dinner. I'm fine with that. If you have to add something at least it's a healthy salad.
I think I am going to start after today, posting what I ate the day before. I am finding that for one reason or another what I plan out for meals some times ends up changing. So I will just post what I ended up eating the prior day for now on. But for today right now I can say B: was coffee L: was just lean burger with cheese slices and D: is looking like chicken breast baked S: would be hunters sausage or beef jerky. Are pork rinds allowed or no? I won't eat any until I find out for sure! Ice storm just started on my ride home for lunch so better start to head back now.

Super late post today! its just been an ultra busy week! The magazine goes to press on Thursday and my last day is Friday and trust me they're getting all their crap in for me to do before my departure!!

I am super excited that Friday is your last day! YAY!!! But totally understand how busy you must be, next time you can do AMAW/CAMAW.
