What's on your Saturday menu, RNYers?
on 1/14/17 3:26 am
Good morning, everyone! I really enjoyed seeing everyone's before and after photos yesterday. It never gets old to see people totally transformed and healthy!
Do you have a 3 day weekend? What are your plans? Other than packing, I don't have anything much. We are meeting friends to go to a movie and dinner today, and I hope to get through a bunch of "to-do" type items, but it will be nice to have lots of time for binge watching, tv, napping and relaxing!
QOTD: Do you remember your dreams? I will go for weeks without remembering any of them, but then I will have a stretch where I wake up still feeling like I am living in some crazy world. This week I dreamt that I was an administrator at Hogwarts, the next night I got a baby llama (he was so cute--like the size of a little dog), and last night I had some crazy spy dream. I was in a fist fight with a bad guy that involved an old valuable document as well as some K cups. I think Daisy was there, too. Haha.
Meals are a little up in the air because I am not sure where we will end up going out. I also think that due to the timing of the movie, we will probably end up eating at 3i**** will be a weird eating day.
My breakfast this morning is delicious! I am sipping a Fit Frappe Mocha with Hazelnut Creme Coffee (so yummy, I might be tempted to just drink twelve of these today and skip other food!). I will promise that the rest of the day will be about high protein, except for some movie theater popcorn!
Have a great day, everyone!

Morning!
i loved yesterday's post! All the photos were so inspiring! Morning will be spent with my sister in law, then Off to visit my grandmother in-law, and dinner with friends. My husband is a bit stressed because the host mentioned something about a pasta dish haha. I said I'm sure there's meat involved and a salad or something. I'll be fine (I'll also bring a shake in my purse Just incases!)
qotd: oh yeah I'm a super vivid dreamer a lot of the time. When I was younger it usually involved flying. Now generally some version of surviving alien invasions or natural disasters. Not nightmares though, more action adventure type.
menu:
B:premiere protein
L:: chicken salad with sliced peppers and cucumber

I have had flying dreams throughout my life. Literally flap my arms and float above things... I never land in those dreams though...

I used to have dreams where I flew... it was always very memorable, and I could like feel myself as I lifted off the ground... I haven't had those in a long time...

Morning gang. Great pictures yesterday!
I can remember dreaming once in my entire life. I'm told that I dream every night, but just never remember them. I'll have to take the experts' word on that, but I honestly have no recollection.
Is everyong gearing up for AMAW week? I stocked up on sausage yesterday. I haven't done that for a while.

Yesterday I took stock of the animal parts I have on hand and made a list of parts to pick up today to finish getting ready. I'm on the AMAW list going toe to toe with the champ so I better gear up fast!!

The pictures were wonderful and totally inspiring yesterday! One of the things I like about OH and this forum is how you get to really know people and with pics even see them!
QOTD: I remember dreams once in a while - sometimes only for a few minutes but some linger. While I was in the hospital this week on painkillers I kept dreaming that the leg compression things were my chihuahua moving around to get more comfortable! My most memorable dream occurred about 5 years ago when I dreamt that my deceased daughter was getting to know a lot of people in heaven because they were watching over the same people on earth. They would figure out that they had a common interest and become linked. My husband calls it my "FaceBook in Heaven" dream. I woke up happy from that dream and am still comforted by it.
