Just the regular stuff this weekend.  Sorry, no pics.  I have to figure out how to do that.  Also not sure if I even have any before.  I avoided the camera like the plague.

QOTD:  I love your "borrowed" response.  So far my coworkers have had enough class not to ask, but my response too would simply be "a lot."  It's none of their business.  I'll be more specific with close friends and family.

B:  Decaf coffee w/scoop of GNC vanilla cream protein

L:  Can of tuna w/relish and 2 T mayo

S:  1/2 C Greek Light n Fit, 1/2 scoop GNC unflavored protein, 1.5 T PB2

D:  Subway - DH and I share a sub.  He gets double meat and I just pull out the extra meat and some of the veggies and eat that.

I swear I have "liked" this at least 2 times and commented too but all has disappeared. Strange. Anyway, you look so good! You have done so well!!!

Good morning Daisy and menu friends, yay it's Friday. I love your pictures Daisy, beautiful in  both and I must say you have perfect hair. My before picture is from 5 yrs ago we had the family over for a BBQ, second picture is from last night .I asked hubby to snap it for me. I still would like to lose maybe 25 to 30 lbs. but am thrilled with my progress so far. Looking forward to the weekend, going to my husbands cousins house for dinner tomorrow. She had RNY surgery 3 yrs ago so I love getting together with her. QOTD:My family and close friends know I had surgery. I will tell them how much I've lost cause I know there excited for me. For others I like the response I heard on here yesterday from Pammie, my body will know when I'm at the right weight.

B 2Chicken nibblers, 1 baby bell

L Protein Drink

D 2 oz of pork chop

S 3/4cup of plain Greek yogurt 

Totals 492 calories  83 grams of protein
