I totally understand your feelings and though I'm open on this site- I'm not in my actual life. I figure if a coworker finds me on here- then hopefully we'll connect over this, our common 'thing,' and they won't just use it as a opportunity to blab.

At first I blurred out pics of my face in case there were unknown people lurking on these boards. I can't be sure if there are people who know about my surgery in real life because of this virtual world, but no one has said anything to me and I don't think I care anymore (although it would be pretty jarring to face that question if I someone I knew came out of the blue to say something). I have a feeling that in a few months, when you are feeling more comfortable and confident, we'll be seeing more pics of you, too :)

Sorry to hear Arun is still not feeling well, Daisy. How's Amy's shoulder doing?
No big plans for the weekend. It's supposed to be cold, so staying inside and staying warm will be high on my list. LOL.
QOTD: I don't mind telling people how much weight I've lost. I'm proud that I've lost it. I don't always tell them how I lost it. Sometimes I just say, "Thanks, I've been working on it."
My "Before" picture is from 2014 and my "After" picture was taken early in November.
