Good Morning! I am late, but had some things to take care of before I could hop over to post. I hope everyone is having a great day and is excited about the weekend as well as CAMAW/AMAW, I know I am!!!!
Breakfast: Forgot my eggs AGAIN, so Turkey Sausage only today.
Lunch: Check Fajita Salad with Cilantro Dressing
Dinner: Egg Roll in a Bowl.
Snack: Turkey and Swiss Roll up with mustard.
Exercise: 30-60 mins nightly.
Water: On track working on getting in that gallon, daily.
Vitamins: Patches on.
Excited to start AMAW next week!!
