You looked beautiful in your before pictures too! You really do. It is a difference of health and joy...you were always a hottie.

Running soooo late today. Woke up super late. Always a fun time. I did well last night and did not get out of bed to eat but that was in part because I took a anxiety pill I had left over from surgery and it knocked me out. Thus overslept. It was a great night sleep though and I feel great this morning now that I am actually awake. I did eat more than I planned last night but not crazy amount and I didn't feel out of control. I wanted something more so I reheated left over chicken enchilada soup and ate that. Felt pretty successful. Thankfully my Guy is home tonight until Tuesday night so I should be able to get things sorted. He really is my rock.
Before and After Time! It is weird to look back at these now. I feel like this was a lifetime ago and yet still feel like I look the same.
During a trip to Alaska 2014 - Weight 270 give or take; Shirt in picture is 3X from Modcloth
Fairly current picture from Christmas - Weight 122; shirt in picture is XS from Modcloth
Interesting to me side note...same necklace in both photos. That really shows me how much I have changed.
QOTD: I just tell people if they ask. I also am terrible at poker. The truth just pops out. I've told random clerks at stores about it. I just am weird like that.
Menu: B: Homemade Greek yogurt with banana nut low carb granola; L: Left over chicken enchilada soup, 1 cup grapes, 8 Saltine crackers; D: Bean-less chili; S: Enlighten bar and/or 100 calorie popcorn
Accountability: This morning I weighed 123.4, I don't think that is actual gain though as I haven't pooped in a couple days. Going to add Mirilax tonight see if that helps. I am doing ok. Just working on it all. This maintenance thing is rough, eh?
