B: SF latte, eggbeaters with shredded cheese, turkey sausage links and ½ an orange
L: Sweet and spicy tuna packet, carrots and string cheese
S: SF latte, Light and fit strawberry yogurt, 100 cal pack of cocoa roast almonds and a pack of Buddig ham
D: 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of bacon and a decaf SF latte with fairlife later in the evening
E: 6 miles this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
Totals: Cals:1090 Protein:118 Carbs:63 Fat:41

I agree with Lizz, you are a true inspiration. I make note of your menu posts (and the other vets here) so that i have an example to follow when i enter maintenance.

Even though I have seen your before pics a million times I never ever see you as a person who could have been big. Everything about you screams fit and focused. You are a true role model!
