What's on your menu today (PHOTO FRIDAY) RNYers?
You look so amazing.
I have had two different people say to me, "You might have cancer. You should get that checked out!" LOL
THANKS! What a sweet thing to say to a person. Arrrg. People are weird.

Morning RNY'ers!! We are on our way to D.C. to the African American Museum and whatever else we can squeeze in. Staying the night, coming home tomorrow afternoon. My son has his first wrestling match Sunday-I'm looking forward to seeing it.
Qotd: I respond 'a lot' to how much weight I've lost. If someone persists I'll say over a hundred and change the topic. I've not had many ask that specifically though. Since I'm a "boss" at work, they don't have a comfort in approaching me with personal questions. (I like that it plays out that way). The question that irks me is how much more are you planning to lose-- you don't need to. Haven't figured a response to that-- I usually just say I want to be in size X- whatever that takes.
My before/now pics: the one of me in the purple dress is
t my highest weight. I hated that pic; the gray top is me
this morning. Lower is surgery day vs. 2 months ago.

Ha I forgot my menu!
20 months, 193.3 today
m1:5oz ground turkey, w/salsa & cheese
m2: Greek yogurt, berries, cheerios
m3-4: ?? We'll be out and about so I'll make good choices.
last night I had a slice of pizza for the first time since surgery. I had pratically no carbs by the time dinner rolled around and my planned dinner would have taken too long - so we had pizza. I was curious over how much I could eat- I was able to eat a slice, though it was a challenge. I took my time, chewed a lot and ate slowly. My son finished 3 slices in the time it took me to nurse 1. It was good, but not worth the mental energy it took to get down.

You look gorgeous! Interesting about pizza - I've wondered what eating it would be like after so long without it (about 15 months now).
