What's on your menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
Welcome to the boards! I pre-plan by thinking about my menu for the next week by going through my recipes or find a good one on here, shop on Friday or Saturday then cook all my meals and pre-pack my lunches and snacks for the whole week on Sunday(except if I'm cooking a steak or fish). It might not be for everyone but it really helps me stay on track.

Sorry the Daisydoo houseohold is under the weather (ha ha). Hope you're not coming down with hubby's flu. Hope you bot feel better soon. The weather gives me headaches too and makes me feel overall blah!
QOTD: Definitely struggle with the mind/body connection. I still on my WL journey (about 30 lbs. to goal) but still see that SMO person in the mirror. I walk by a 2-way mirror every morning at work and sometimes find myself staring at the reflection as I walk by and wonder who that is - I bet the Security team on the other side of the mirror wonders what the heck I'm looking at. I wore a form-fitting suit last weekend for the first time (night tight, just closer to the body than I'm used to). Everyone was complimenting me, but I was super-uncomfortable - same thoughts as you - don't want to "show off my body." DH said I looked great and that I must be proud of all the comments - Uhh - not really!
