Hi everyone,

QOTD: I really don't experience any of these issues. I haven't lost enough weight yet. I'm just happy when that I have just bought a smaller size pants, smaller shirt(which I already have many sizes in the closet from past weight loses but this time the 5x went in the trash!), my underwear are even getting saggy in the you know what area! LOL!

B: 2 egg whites, 1 1/2 slices bacon

L: 2 1/2 oz low sodium ham, 1/3 flat out

S: 1oz turkey pastrami

D: unstuffed cabbage rolls

S: FF chobani yogurt

Good evening menu buddies

Super duper delayed post today, but I wanted to get one in because it's been a heck of a day.  At my orthodontist appointment yesterday I found out that in addition to getting braces, to correct some of the issues I have with breathing and my jaw I also need something called SARPE (now do NOT do what I did and google it...I made the mistake of watching a youtube video and Oh. My. Stars.  Let's just say I wish I hadn't done that right before bed.  SARPE stands for surgically assisted rapid palettal expansion and I won't go into details past that.  Anyways...I was dumb and looked at that video before bed.  Guess who didn't sleep well?  Yup, I was up at 2:45, bleh!    Anyways, between nerves about that, the stuff with my sister, and having a boatload of stuff to accomplish today (because I have family coming tomorrow...so the house needs to be ready for guests) I had a mini meltdown.    My mother-in-law (who lives nearby) came and dragged me out of the house for some fresh air and coffee, then she helped me clean the house.   She really is a gem.  The day ended on a good note...because I GOT A SURGERY DATE!  My surgeon's coordinator called me and I'm now scheduled for a revision on 2/10/17 at Duke.   I guess they schedule first and then submit to the insurance, so I know there's a chance it could change but it feels so good to finally have a date....progress!

QOTD:  I definitely have issues with how I see myself.   When I lost weight after my band, I still felt enormous....now I look at pictures of myself at my lowest weight and I'm like "Were you high!?! You looked great!"   I don't think I physically feel as large as I actually am, I mean I know I'm SMO...but when I see pictures of myself I'm always surprised (and embarrassed) by how gigantic I look.

D: Deli meat, 1 babybel cheese, greek yogurt with fresh raspberries.

E: Housecleaning - I know it's not real focused exercise but I moved around a lot today, mopping and vacuuming and moving up and down the grocery aisles.  My feet hurt!  I'm looking forward to that being a thing of the past.
