Hello Everyone!

I wish I could give you solutions for energy. My job is crazy busy between now and the beginning of March and I normally handle it fine but this year I'm really struggling and have no idea how to help myself get more energy either.

QOTD: I've finally got down to the smallest size I have in my closet and it's too big so I went shopping for at least a pair of pants that fits. I grabbed a 16 regular and it was big and instead of trying on a 14 I insisted that it was just a weird style or something because I couldn't be smaller that a 16. I finally after several tries at varying styles in 16 tried on a 14 and it fit and I am still not believing it. I didn't want to wear them out cause I was worried I look ridiculous. It took my husband and daughter convincing me that they looked right. Oh well. Something to work on.

Good morning to my OH friends. Daisy I really have a hard time as well with my energy level.

Sometimes I really have to push myself to get off my bottom and walk.

Now if I'm going shopping for clothes I seem to have all the energy in the world. Lol

QOTD

I have had terrible body image since grade school. I really still work on this and always have to remember all the good things about my body. I think perhaps it's a girl thing. I don't really think men have this problem as much. Could be wrong.

Love to you all and have a fabulous day.

Time since surgery 2 years.

B coffee, chicken

L coffee, chicken

D chili

E going to really push myself to get out. So stormy.

V on track

Bless you all for being here for me. It brings tears to my eyes.

Hi Daisy, I see a few people on here say they are going to have tandoori chicken. It sounds good, is this a recipe or something we can buy premade?
