Good afternoon. I tend to enter later as I take a break to eat my lunch and read personal stuff. Was excited about Eggface's post about the new egg product at Starbuck's. On occasion I tend to miss breakfast due to early errands on Saturday. So this will help and it sounds good.
QOTD - not really (at least not yet). I did have the receptionist at my doctor's office yesterday offer me a Frango mint and made mention of it a couple of times (there were two left in the box and she wanted to toss it out). I just politely said, no thank you.
B - Chinese omlette - the last of the Saturday leftovers (no oil and no sauce)
L - 3 ounces of low sodium turkey breast and light Sargento's cheese stick
D - Salad (mustard and apple cider vinegar dressing) and some protein (don't know yet)
S - Premier protein banana cream shake

I've noticed in the last few days that there is a lot of throat punching going on with folks on this site. I hope I never **** you off ;)
Really - we can't say piss! Ah - an exclamation point makes it okay - got it.
You can change one of the settings to allow "adult" words to show up. The OH default is to block them.

Thanks - made the change. While there I added a tracker. Pretty easy.
Good afternoon friends!!! We had quite the wind and rain storm last night. Guess we had a big branch fall on our house did no come through the roof my husband said shook the whole house but I slept through it, guess I was tired.
QOTD: Oh yes I have a pusher of food like you would not believe.. but she is a co-worker who thinks I had surgery but has never been told and is busy body so it is driving her nuts not to know so she always makes a big deal if I don't come to birthday celebrations or lunches when I used to. I just say sorry I am just in a strict diet. The couple of co-workers that do know my secret enjoy helping me torture her...Maybe if she was not such a busybody I would tell her....
Food for the day...
B: 1/2c special K protein w/ milk
S: almonds
L: 1oz ham and Sargento balanced break
D: sausage and eggs
Have a great day friends....
Good afternoon, menu crew. I've been running late almost all day! I sprang out of bed like a damn ninja this morning, on top of the world, but that quickly went downhill. I haven't posted at all since last week, and I mentioned that we would be processing deer...well...we got it done, but I've been making homemade jerky like a sum***** for the past few days! I had a batch of actual beef jerky hanging in the oven overnight, got up several times to check on it, and I finally turned it off at 5:30 this morning. It's really good stuff!!! Anyway, this jerky, laundry, and feeding/preparing feed for the pigs made me almost late to work, and I've felt off all day.
QOTD: I've got a great little family. They are so loving, giving, sharing, but it's annoying as hell!!!!! They are forgetful of the fact that I cannot eat all that they are eating. Couple days ago, daughter shoved a PB cup in my face and asked if I wanted a bite. I was very careful to just look away, even though I could smell it...DH jumps in before I bite her head off. Yesterday, pick my son up from tutoring. He finished his multiplication chart first, so he got a treat. Snack baggie full of M&M's. We're on the way home...no more than seven minutes...and he says, "Ya want one?" I said, "Of course I want one, but I think I'll pass." The look on his face and his very apologetic, "I'm sorry, mama. I forgot!" about melted me. It's a struggle to say no to just one little M&M, but one M&M turns into two and then....
B: cottage cheese
L: tuna, ranch
S: cheese stick, jerky (did i mention how good my jerky is???)
D: HB patty, cheese, I guess....hubby mentioned that I must be getting pretty tired of tuna and that he would cook something I could eat tonight...which gives me the night off to finish the mounds of laundry sorted in the hallway.
S: SF something sweet. maybe jell-o.
V/L on track
E: cleaning the barn. endurance and cardio all in one. about two hours worth of time.
I'll do a before/after on Friday. I'm over halfway to goal!!!!

Another snow day here in the Pacific Northwest. I live in the Gorge and we are snowed in. I tried to help shovel, but my 17 year old is worried that I will hurt myself due to my surgery. I am over the snow!! I seriously have cabin fever. I have visions of getting in my car and just plowing through the snow and busting out of here. I think I am having PMS, so that doesn't help either.
I discovered moon cheese. I thought it would be a wonderful thing until I managed to eat the whole bag this morning. There is 4.5 servings in a bag. I thought to myself, this is why I am fat!! I am a food addict.
QOTD- My immediate family is very supportive. Not many people know about my surgery. I have not had to deal with food pushers. I am my own worst enemy.
