Patches ON!
on 1/10/17 1:07 pm - GTA, Ontario, Canada
I put mine on my lower tummy just below my underwear band. I wear four patches all at the same time: multi, iron, B12, VitD & Calcium.
I LOVE the ease & convenience!! I keep the patches in my make up drawer, to brush my air or put makeup on I would have to move them out of the way so that is where they stay and I always remember them. I put them on about 5:10am (Mon - Fri) a bit later on weekends because I like to sleep in, always after I get out of the shower. I keep them on until I go to bed which is usually 10pm. Last thing I do before I get into bed each night is go pee so I take them off then.
I think these patches are the best damn things ever invented. If you read the back of the patch package I believe they have "instructions." I just toss in the garbage when I am done.
Answers to your questions:
- Wear for 8 hours at minimum or more if you want but it says 8 hours will be fine
- You can take then off before bed or leave them on until morning totally an individual choice
- Yes just tosh in the trash
- Can wear them all at the same time, that's the brilliance of the patches
Good luck!

I forgot the instructions. I wear them 12 hours on, 12 off. I usually wear more than one at a time I use the multi, and the calcium/D3. I absorb calcium MUCH better with the patch than orally.
You need to keep an eye on labs and adjust. I needed a little more B12, so added one 1,000 sublingual B12 per week. If you needed more D3, you could do extra oral, or another patch.
I usually wear mine on my butt, or lower abdomen. They seem to come off my shoulder blades too easily.

Hi Cjonorcas,
Here are the directions from the site....
DIRECTIONS
Apply patch daily to an area with little or no hair, i.e., shoulder, back or hip. For best results, it is recommended to wear PatchMD patches for 8 hours. There is no additional benefit wearing the patch longer than 8 hours. Patches can be worn during sleep. Avoid using any lotion or cream in the same area as it will inhibit absorption. Patch is no****erproof. It is ok to wear multiple patches at a time. It is not recommended to wear B12 Energy Plus at night as it may keep you awake.

I checked my package and it did say where to use them but not how long. No glasses needed I had to go on the site to check on how long wear them. I made the suggestion they add this to the directions too.
The patches have been a godsend to me as I gagged pills down until I stopped taking them and its the kiss of death for us to not take our sups. Let us know how the work for you

OMG these patches are a life saver!!! Everyone at my Dr.'s office recommended the Bariatric Advantage pills, but I seriously had difficulty choking them down. This was such a blessing. Slap on the patch each morning and go. It's awesome. Plus, I compared the amounts of vitamins in them vs. the Bariatric Advantage and the patches actually contained almost double of most of the vitamins in the multi!!!

I think there is only one calcium patch. I have the D3/calcium patch, and I think the rules do not apply when it is a patch and not a pill. I also got the iron - I have no trouble taking a multi, B12 and others, but the iron/calcium/dairy timing just really screws me up and I end up not taking any of them. Also, iron really backs me up. Too early to tell how well they will work but I am very excited and hopeful. And you just cannto beat the 40% off deal they have right now.
