My loss was slower at the end, but staying under 800 calories kept it going.  Exercise did not directly affect my loss.

The fact that you mentioned your exercise leads me to believe you use this to justify eating more. Don't. Track every bite. As Grim said the last bit is hard. You have to dig deep if you really want to get there.

Are you just looking at your weight as a goal?  I thought weight was my goal. Until I realized that I am a size 4-6 and weighed 153 pounds.

That's a good question, but I definitely still need to lose more because I am not at a "normal" BMI. I'm only 5' 1.5", and I weigh 147.
